Some examples of various direct mail pieces and brochures we've designed.

Alliance Bank
Alliance Bank, a local bank based in the metro Washington, DC area, came to ten:pm media with two communications challenges. The first was how to effectively educate customers about new online banking tools that Alliance had put in place. The second was how to best educate the bank’s employees about new policies and procedures. ten:pm media developed two instruction manuals that reflected the bank’s identity and effectively communicated with the target audiences identified.

The JBG Companies
ten:pm media worked with this commercial real estate firm to develop and produce its investor reports and collateral materials that supported the company’s annual investor meeting. Among the event materials developed were invitations, digital illustrations of construction projects under development, and a video of the meeting’s highlights that was sent to investors post-event.

D.C. Ad Club
The D.C. Ad Club contacted ten:pm media and asked the firm to design invitation cards for a technology seminar. ten:pm media developed comps that illustrated the merging of traditional and “new” media. The client ultimately chose the first card below.

Quadrangle
This real estate developer needed a complete set of materials for a broker promotion event, which featured a trip giveaway. Using a travel theme, ten:pm media developed a save the date modeled after a travel itinerary and an event ticket reflecting a boarding pass design.

The Tower Company
This corporate brochure was designed to highlight all of the various building developments in the Tower Company’s vast portfolio. Using a “masterpiece” theme, the brochure featured each building as if it were a work of art. The piece won an ADDY for Best Collateral Brochure.

Burt Hill Architects
This marketing effort was designed to thank clients for their continued loyalty. The gift box highlighted many of Burt Hill's best projects. It was filled with various client gifts and a company-branded "fortune.”

Akridge
To kick off the opening of their 900 7th Street property, the client wanted a suite of marketing materials that could be sent to prospective occupants. The materials were developed around a ”kaleidoscope” theme, designed to showcase the area’s vast array of amenities.

The JBG Companies
This brochure was developed to pique interest in a new building at 16th and K Streets in downtown Washington, DC. Textured paper and an inside popup were used to highlight the project’s unique features.
